On 18 February 2023 in the conference room of the Kayser Italia company, the dissemination conference on individual cognitive abilities and their importance in achieving individual and group objectives took place, as well as providing a positive example to the boys and girls who attended, setting the emphasis that with commitment, determination, study, it is possible to achieve goals, be they sporting, entrepreneurial, or even survival, as in the case of astronauts in which the slightest mistake could generate particularly risky situations for their own and others' safety.
The event also focused attention on the life experiences narrated by the astronaut and teacher Paolo Nespoli, by the checkers world champions Matteo Bernini, Michele Borghetti and by the international checkers judge Gianfranco Borghetti.
The event started with a thematic conference and continued with the simultaneous game of checkers between the two world champions and 15 boys and girls from the schools, and then continued with the best three children chosen from the previous meeting who tried their hand at playing with the world champion of checkers Michele Borghetti, who faced them in a simultaneous blindfolded, so-called "blind", for which he holds the world record. The final saw a friendly match between the world champion of English checkers GAYP Matteo Bernini with the astronaut and teacher Paolo Nespoli.
